MOBILE HOMES

STANDARD RATE PRICE 

• Free cancellation of reservation for Terra Park Phalaris in periods:
  12.04.-20.06. and 30.08.-18.10.2025. – up to 5 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.     
  21.06. - 29.08.2025. – up to 7 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.
• Free cancellation of reservation for Terra Park Spiritos in periods:
  10.05.-20.06. and 04.09.-04.10.2025. – up to 5 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.     
  21.06. - 03.09.2025. – up to 7 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.
• A credit card is required as a reservation guarantee. 
• In case of no-show, without prior cancellation of the reservation, we charge your card for the total amount of the reservation. 
• Your credit card can be pre-authorized 30 days before arrival for the amount of the first night. 
• Within the notice period, we can charge your credit card for the amount of the first night per accommodation unit. For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we retain the debited amount. 
• In case of failed pre-authorization of your credit card, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled. 
• If the guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of 20% of the reservation amount is charged as a guarantee. Payment of the guarantee deposit via bank transfer, for guests without a credit card, must be made no later than 7 days after the reservation was made. 
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation is charged, unless the reason for the departure is illness or force majeure. The guest can request the cancellation of the reservation and the return of the paid funds. The paid money is returned to the guest within 30 working days via bank transfer.
• Reservation of mobile home number  for the 2025 season is possible during the period from 01/06 to 01/09 and applies to bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a mandatory non-refundable prepayment of €200. Once we confirm your preferred mobile home number, we guarantee the reservation for the dates you selected. Date changes are not possible after the reservation is completed. A reserved mobile home number cannot be changed without an additional charge. Reservations for a specific mobile home number can only be made through our booking center by email at hello@terrapark.hr. When submitting your request, please specify the desired mobile home number, type of mobile home, and the exact dates and period you wish to reserve.

In the period from 01.06. until September 13, the fee includes all the remaining days of your stay.

  When choosing a pitch number, indicate the type of pitch you want and the exact dates and period you want to reserve.
