STANDARD RATE PRICE 

• Free cancellation of reservation in periods:
  on 27.04.-21.06. and 14.09.-21.10.2024. – up to 7 days (14:00 CET) before arrival.
  on 22.06.-13.09.2024. – up to 14 days (14:00 CET) before arrival. 
• A credit card is required as a reservation guarantee. 
• In case of no-show, without prior cancellation of the reservation, we charge your card for the total amount of the reservation. 
• Your credit card can be pre-authorized 30 days before arrival for the amount of the first night. 
• Within the notice period, we can charge your credit card for the amount of the first night per accommodation unit. For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we retain the debited amount. 
• In case of failed pre-authorization of your credit card, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled. 
• If the guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of 20% of the reservation amount is charged as a guarantee. Payment of the guarantee deposit via bank transfer, for guests without a credit card, must be made no later than 7 days after the reservation was made. 
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation is charged, unless the reason for the departure is illness or force majeure. The guest can request the cancellation of the reservation and the return of the paid funds. The paid money is returned to the guest within 30 working days via bank transfer.
• The deposit in the event of damage is €200 per mobile home and is charged upon arrival, refunded upon departure (in the event of damage during stay, the damage will be charged in the amount of the cost of repairing the damage.) 

EARLY BOOKING PRICE 

• 30% of the reservation is charged within 3 days of the reservation
• In the case of payment by bank transfer, the payment (30%) must be made no later than 5 days after confirming the reservation
• The advance payment is non-refundable
• The remaining amount of the reservation is paid at the camp reception
• Cancellation of reservation in periods:

• Date changes for Non-refundable reservations: The date can be changed only once with the same or higher price, same reservation conditions and the same type of unit. Date changes are subject to current availability, pricing and restrictions. To change the date, please send a request to hello@terrapark.hr
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation is charged, unless the reason for the departure is illness or force majeure.   After we confirm your desired pitch number, we guarantee you a pitch reservation on the dates you specified. It is not possible to change the date after completing the reservation. It is not possible to change an already reserved pitch number without additional payment. In case of early departure, we charge a fee in the amount of one night per accommodation unit. In the period from 22.6. until September 13, the fee includes all the remaining days of your stay.
  You can reserve a pitch number only through the reservation center at hello@terrapark.hr.
  When choosing a pitch number, indicate the type of pitch you want and the exact dates and period you want to reserve.
