STANDARD RATE
Free cancellation up to 14 days (2:00 PM CET) prior to arrival.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.
Your credit card may be pre-authorized 30 days prior to arrival for the amount of the first night’s stay.
Within the cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full reservation amount. In case of cancellation after the free cancellation deadline, the charged amount is non-refundable.
If the pre-authorization of your credit card is unsuccessful, you will be notified accordingly. Should we be unable to charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
If the guest does not possess a credit card, a deposit of 20% of the total reservation amount is required as a guarantee. Payment of the guarantee deposit by bank transfer (for guests without a credit card) must be completed no later than 7 days after the reservation has been made.
In case of early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged, except in cases of illness or force majeure. The guest may request cancellation of the reservation and a refund of paid funds. Paid amounts will be refunded within 30 working days via bank transfer.
Reservation of a specific mobile home number for the 2026 season is available for stays between 23 April and 17 October, for a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a mandatory non-refundable advance payment of €200. Once we confirm your requested mobile home number, we guarantee the selected unit for the specified dates. Date changes are not possible after the reservation has been finalized. A previously reserved unit number cannot be changed without an additional fee. Unit numbers may only be reserved through the Reservation Centre via email at reservations@rudan.com. When requesting a specific unit number, please indicate the desired mobile home type and the exact dates and period of stay.
A damage deposit of €250 per mobile home is payable upon arrival and will be refunded at departure (in the event of damage incurred during the stay, the cost of repair will be deducted in the amount of the actual damage).
