1. How often is the water in the pools of mobile homes changed?
The water in the pools of mobile homes in both camps changes automatically, and the ph level of the same is measured every day.
2. Are dogs allowed in mobile homes with a pool?
Dogs are allowed in both camps only in mobile homes provided for them.
3. How many dogs are allowed per mobile home?
A maximum of two dogs are allowed in our mobile homes in both camps.
4. Can I book a certain number of mobile homes?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a certain number of mobile homes.
5. When is it possible to enter the mobile home?
Entry to the mobile home in both camps is possible from 16:00.
6. Are towels and bed linen included in the price and how often do they change?
Towels and bed linen are included in the price in both camps. Bed linen is changed in the accommodation unit on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and towels in the bathrooms are changed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 9 am and 10 am. To let us know that you want a change of bed linen and towels, please leave them on the terrace of the mobile home. Thank you!
7. How often is the mobile home cleaned?
If you want additional cleaning of the accommodation unit, please contact the reception of each camp to arrange an appointment, and this service is charged extra. Final cleaning of the accommodation unit is charged additionally upon check-out from each camp, and according to the valid price list.
8. Can I book a mobile home with a sea view?
You can book a mobile home with a sea view in both camps, but it depends on their availability. All our mobile homes in both camps have a sea view, but the ones in the first row are primarily located directly on the beach and offer the most beautiful view.
9. What is the size of the pool in front of the mobile homes?
At Terra Park Phalaris and Terra Park SpiritoS, the size of the pool is 18m2.
10. Are extra beds available?
Currently we do not have extra beds available in both camps.
11. Where can I park my car and is parking charged?
At Terra Park Phalaris you can park your car in the shared, free car park. In addition to the mobile home in the Terra Park SpiritoS campsite, one free parking space for your personal car is provided. An additional car is charged, and for all information please contact the staff at the camp reception.
12. Is there a barbecue next to the mobile home?
There is no barbecue next to the mobile homes in both camps. It is forbidden to light a fire, and it is allowed to use an electric or gas grill.
13. Is it possible to smoke in mobile homes?
Smoking is prohibited in all mobile homes in both camps. Thank you for respecting our decision.
14. Do mobile homes have a safe?
All mobile homes in both camps have a safe. Please leave the safe unlocked and open when leaving the mobile home. Thank you.
15. Is it possible to stay in a mobile home longer on the day of departure? At what price?
In both our camps, if a particular mobile home is free, the guest can extend his stay, at a price that is active for the day.
16. How many people are allowed in individual mobile homes?
In the camp Terra Park Phalaris, the maximum number of people in certain mobile homes is 7 (6 + 1), while in Terra Park SpiritoS the maximum number of people in certain mobile homes is 5 (4 + 1).
